We built Stanza to be the calendar layer of the internet — something simple enough for a coach to use, but powerful enough for a pro sports team with an international audience. Whether you're planning a neighborhood fundraiser or powering the World Cup, there’s a version of Stanza that’s built for you.
In case you need a refresher, here's a breakdown of our plans:
Find The Right Plan For You
👶 Start Free: For Individuals, Families, and Early-Stage Creators
Your first calendar is free for up to 30 subscribers. No credit card required. No commitments.
Perfect if you’re:
- Managing a youth soccer team
- Running your school’s PTA calendar
- Need a calendar with key dates for a newsletter
- Just looking for a clean, beautiful calendar to share
Just sign up, create your calendar, and share it with your audience. Given the more personal use-case, these calendars aren't surfaced within search or discovery on Stanza.

Stanza Creators
🌱 Indie Plan — $10/mo per calendar
Once you cross 30 subscribers, you’re onto something. This is our plan for creators in motion — people building something real, and ready for more.
You get everything in the Community Plan along with:
- Unlimited subscribers
- Included within Search Results
- Included within Discovery on a case-by-case basis
This plan keeps the platform clean and sustainable — and helps us keep spam out while lifting up the calendars that matter.
⚙️ Pro Plan — $1,000/year
For high-volume calendars that can’t afford to be wrong.
If your schedule updates constantly, and accuracy matters, this plan taps directly into official data feeds so your calendar automatically stays fresh. You’ll still be able to override events manually whenever needed.
→ Pro Plan includes one data feed and supports unlimited calendars. You can also create and publish as many manual calendars as you’d like — at no additional cost.
This works well for teams or organizations that:
- Have automated season schedules (e.g. game dates, TV premieres)
- Want to maintain manual calendars for things like:
- Ticket sales
- Special events
- Community initiatives
- Player birthdays
You get everything in the Indie Plan along with:
- Guaranteed accuracy via automated feeds
- Priority placement within Search & Discovery
- Email Support

How do I upgrade?
Go to Creator Upgrade Page to upgrade to an Indie Plan. To upgrade to a Pro Plan, please submit a request here.
How do I cancel?
Go to Your Plan in the nav dropdown. You’ll be taken to Stripe, where you can manage or cancel your plan anytime.
Payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I pay by invoice?
We offer invoicing for Pro Plans ($1,000/year). If this applies to you, please email us at founders@stanza.co
